Organic Chemistry and Chemical Biology Chemical Signaling Between Organisms

Openings:

Students looking to pursue an M.Sc./Ph.D. degree with emphasis on Organic Chemistry and/or Chemical Biology are encouraged to apply. Experience in Organic Synthesis is desired, and a basic interest in the use of Organic Chemistry to study biological phenomena is required.

In addition, a Postdoctoral Research Associate position is available for studies on the involvement of small signaling molecules in interactions between bacteria and eukaryotes (e.g. fungi, nematodes, humans) . Strong experience in Organic Synthesis or Mass Spectrometry is required. Basic experience and / or interest in Chemical Biology will be an advantage. Salary will be commensurate with experience.
